I bought a used Cooke Vacuum Deposition system about a year ago. I have called Mr. Stein and talked about what to do with it. I am seriously considering doing as much of the refurbishing of the equipment as I can. I would like to learn some of the basics in the operation of the equipment. I will be coming to Connecticut soon and would like to meet with you folks and perhaps get some training. I wonder if there is any interest in blogging along with me as I learn the do’s and don’ts of system renovation, testing, and operation. Fixing up old houses has nothing on doing a system rebuild.
