We do not trade in used equipment, but it accumulates anyway and we make it available. We can also combine some of these things into new build to save you money, or recycle your equipment for a new use. Call or email us for further information.
Note for owners of Cooke systems and components: in general, we have records of most systems post 1980, can support, repair, or reconfigure to new applications. Also contact us if you’ve inherited a system, need service information, or even if you’ve spotted one for sale elsewhere and want to know what it really is.
Systems
- Cooke 3×3″ research sputter, cryopumped, many features, fully automated. Presently set up for sequential sputter with 3″ targets, rotating, cooled substrate holder, one DC supply. Other arrangements can be made. Chamber approximately 18″ diameter. $50,000.
- Research vacuum system, presently configured with a 10″ ISO 6-way cross on a baseplate, 6″ DP, cryotrap, controls. Was used for electron-optics project. Suitable anything where a lot of access is needed. $12,500.

- Our own gauge test system: a messy diffpumped auto with a ‘christmas tree’ for different gauge heads.
